The Undead Leviathan

Here's two pics of an undead whale creature that eventually transforms into a giant floating undead whale that uses its entrails as grasping tentacles...

Oh wow, I had forgotten about that beast! I think that was one of the first PDF purchases I made back in 2006 or something. Definitely good stuff, I think I'll go dig it up (pun intended).

I've been toying with the idea of converting it to OSRIC. I really like the idea and think it'd play well in pretty much any system.
