House on Contract

As you all know, Suzi and I will be moving so she can attend grad school next fall and we put our house up for sale. We got a contract on it yesterday, only 6 weeks after listing. That's a remarkably short wait, especially considering we living a small town of around 14k. So if all things go according to plan, our house will be sold by the time we have to move. That's a great relief.
