And my House is officially Sold!

Now I'm not so nervous. Our house is now sold. Lordy that's a weight off my shoulders. We sold the house in 2 months. In a town of 12,000 people.

We got sooooo lucky. :)

Sorry to hear that, man. I was expecting to be in the same circumstance and had pretty much decided that a year would be the minimum time.
