Tome of Tomes

Below is the first of several tomes that I'm terming Ritual Tomes. They contain instructions and methodology to enact some magical effect after a significant period of effort.

The Scapegoat provides detailed instructions on a four-month-long process of creating a scapegoat, a goat that when sent into the wilderness acts like a mass atonement spell for the entire community that supports those engaged in the ritual. Completing the ritual requires a Cleric of at least 3rd-level and 4 assistant Clerics of at least 1st-level.
